At just 10 years old, Hailey is already embracing what it means to be strong, smart, and bold. A 5th-grade student at Ivy Prep, Hailey has been part of Girls Inc. of Greater Atlanta afterschool program for two years, where she has found a space to express herself with confidence and dream without limits. Girls Inc. has given her the encouragement to believe in her potential, and she loves knowing that she can grow into anything she aspires to be.

Beyond Girls Inc., Hailey stays active and engaged in her community. She enjoys spending time with her family and running track as a participant in Girls on the Run. But her biggest dream? To become a teacher—so she can inspire young people to be confident, courageous, and bold in their own journeys. Hailey’s story is just beginning, and we are so proud to watch her grow into a leader who will undoubtedly leave a lasting impact.
