This one-day experience is designed to strengthen the bond between mothers and daughters while providing valuable resources for mental wellness, self-care, and community support.

✅ Community Service Project – Help combat period poverty by assembling period packs for local schools. Bring at least one period product (e.g., sanitary pads or tampons) to contribute.
